Dans ce premier volet, tr\u00e8s controvers\u00e9, Miller reprend pourtant de nombreux codes du western notamment, en y ajoutant certes un peu de piquant avec surtout des m\u00e9chants punk-SM-bi pour rendre le tout plus effrayant. Mais la trame reste somme tout classique, avec le superflic guid\u00e9 par la vengeance lorsque l&rsquo;on s&rsquo;en prend \u00e0 ses proches. Au-del\u00e0 de \u00e7a, il faut reconna\u00eetre \u00e0 George Miller une vraie modernit\u00e9 dans sa r\u00e9alisation, avec des mouvements de cam\u00e9ra g\u00e9niaux et des courses-poursuites vraiment intenses malgr\u00e9 le budget r\u00e9duit.
